Great Success in North Allerton

I've just come back from the BHDTA Novice Qualifier event at North Allerton in Yorkshire (267 miles each way to get there). It was a great weekend for Jack, there were 70 competitors in all in various classes. We had one of the best dressage tests on 38 penalties (78.2%), one of the fastest clear rounds in cones and a good marathon to take the Novice Qualifier class - our third win of four events (2nd in the other) so his boots once again supported his victory! Even through the deep water to reach the obstacle on an island they didn't get heavy.
