We currently deliver to the UK. Please note that delivery charges are calculated based on the location of delivery, weight, and value of your order.

Are you outside the UK?

We have currently suspended sending orders outside the UK due to the recent changes. We’re looking at how we can get parcels to you, however in the meantime, please take a look at our stockists’ page to find a retailer in your country or contact us for advice at [email protected]

For Mainland UK we offer the following delivery options:

  • Next Working Day Delivery – for orders placed before 2pm, except weekends and bank holidays
  • Standard Delivery 4-6 Working Days

Orders for Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man are delivered with 4-6 Working Days.

If you require your items for a particular deadline, it is always worth contacting us once the order is placed and we will try our best to help, although delivery for the deadline can’t always be guaranteed.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the location of delivery, weight, and value of the order. Standard charges are:

For parcels up to 20kg: UK Delivery

  • Economy 4-6 Working Days – £3.95 or FREE for orders over £25 (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
  • Next Working Day Delivery, Orders placed before 2pm – £5.95 (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
  • For orders over £99 – Free Next Day Delivery
  • Scottish Highland & Islands Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. For orders up to 2kg – £3.95 (weight variable)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands Standard 4-6 Working Day Delivery for orders up to £75 – £9.95 (weight variable)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands Standard 4-6 Working Day Delivery for orders over £75 – £7.95 (weight variable)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address specified on your order. This will include the tracking number for your items.

Standard deliveries are sent on a tracked, but not signed for service.

However, we send all next day orders on a signed for service, so they will need to be signed for unless you have stated for your items to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If your parcel cannot be delivered within 2 attempts, your order may be returned to the courier depot. Re-delivery charges may apply.
