Are you open over Christmas?
We are closed on all bank holidays but we have limited staff covering the phones between Christmas and New Year. We will be open again on the 3rd January 2023.
Are you sending out orders over Christmas?
Our warehouse is closed between Christmas and New Year so no orders will despatch between 23rd December and 3rd January.
What is your last shipping date for delivery before Christmas?
Please be aware that some deliveries may take longer in the lead up to Christmas so if you need the order before Christmas we suggest ordering early.
All orders need to be received by 2pm on the 19th December.
Are you offering a repair service or exchanges over Christmas?
We have limited staff covering the phones over Christmas, any returns or repairs will not be dealt with until 3rd January 2023, we will not be open to take in parcels.
Are you offering extended returns?
We are extending our returns policy for the Christmas period to 45 days rather than the 30 days to allow for any product bought as a Christmas present to be returned for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and be returned with all its packaging.

Standard deliveries are not sent on a signed for service.
However, we send all two working day orders on a signed for service, so they will need to be signed for unless you have stated for your items to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, once you have the notification from our courier you can specify a safe place. If your parcel cannot be delivered within 2 attempts, your order may be returned to the courier depot. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address specified on your order. You will also receive an email directly from the courier with your tracking number, please note we use a variety of couriers for example; Yodel, DPD, Evri, Royal Mail and they will all say your parcel is from Diamond Logistics Ltd which is our warehouse partner.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the location of delivery, weight, and value of the order. Standard charges are:
For parcels up to 20kg: UK Delivery
- Economy 2-4 Working Days – £4.99 or FREE for orders over £40 (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
- Two Working Days Delivery, orders over £100 and placed before 2pm – Free (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
- Scottish Highland & Islands Standard 4-6 Working Day Delivery – £9.99 (up to 15kg)
For Mainland UK we offer the following delivery options:
- Two Working Days Delivery – for orders over £100 and placed before 2pm, except weekends and bank holidays.
- Standard Delivery 2-4 Working Days, except weekends and bank holidays.
Orders for Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man are delivered with 4-6 Working Days.
If you require your items for a particular deadline, it is always worth contacting us once the order is placed and we will try our best to help, although delivery for the deadline can’t always be guaranteed.
