Raising Money for Redwings Horse Sanctuary

We know it’s a bit too early to be talking about Christmas…

But in 2019, you might remember we brought out Crunchits Advent Calendars and Crackers, of which all net proceeds were going to be donated to Redwings Horse Sanctuary.

We are pleased to announce that with your help, a donation of £4,104.88 was raised – so thank you to each and every one of you who contributed! 

Here’s what Redwings had to say about how that money could help them:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to receive this amazing donation of £4,104.88 from Equilibrium Products! As a charity 100% funded by donations, this incredible amount will go a long way towards helping horses in desperate need. The funds raised will be used where they are needed most within the Sanctuary, but a donation of this size could be used to fund vital health checks for 82 newly rescued horses or donkeys, or help our Field Officers respond to 105 calls to our Welfare Line (often the beginnings of bringing a neglected horse to safety), or replenish 492m of essential paddock fencing, or feed 273 horses with hay for a month during the winter (that’s almost one fifth of all the horses living at the Sanctuary!). Thank you very much to everyone who was involved in helping to raise this wonderful amount.”
