Delivery and Shipping

With economy delivery, next day delivery and free shipping on orders over £25 to the UK Mainland, there's a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.

We aim to deliver your order to you as soon as we can, as we know how much your horse will appreciate your Equilibrium purchase! See below for more information.

Are you open over Christmas? We are closed on all bank holidays but we have limited staff covering the phones between Christmas and New Year. We will be open again on the 3rd January 2022.

Are you sending out orders over Christmas? Our warehouse is closed between Christmas and New Year so no orders will despatch between 23rd December and 3rd January.

What is your last shipping date for delivery before Christmas? Please be aware that some deliveries may take longer in the lead up to Christmas so if you need the order before Christmas we suggest ordering early

UK standard delivery orders need to be received by  2pm on the 16th December

Next day UK deliveries need to be received by 2pm on the  22nd December

Are you offering a repair service or exchanges over Christmas? We have limited staff covering the phones over Christmas, any returns or repairs will not be dealt with until 4th January 2022.

We are extending our returns policy for the Christmas period to 45 days rather than the 30 days to allow for any product bought as a Christmas present to be returned for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and be returned with all its packaging.

Standard deliveries are not sent on a signed for service.

However, we send all next day orders on a signed for service, so they will need to be signed for unless you have stated for your items to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, once you have the notification from our courier you can specify a safe place. If your parcel cannot be delivered within 2 attempts, your order may be returned to the courier depot. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address specified on your order. This will include the tracking number for your items. Courier orders can be tracked, Royal Mail orders will have a tracking number but details are only updated when the order is delivered

Delivery charges are calculated based on the location of delivery, weight, and value of the order. Standard charges are:

For parcels up to 20kg: UK Delivery

  • Economy 4-6 Working Days – £3.95 or FREE for orders over £25 (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
  • Next Working Day Delivery, Orders placed before 2pm – £5.95 (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
  • For orders over £99 – Free Next Day Delivery
  • Scottish Highland & Islands Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. For orders up to 2kg – £3.95 (weight variable)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands Standard 4-6 Working Day Delivery for orders up to £75 – £9.95 (weight variable)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands Standard 4-6 Working Day Delivery for orders over £75 – £7.95 (weight variable)

For Mainland UK we offer the following delivery options:

  • Next Working Day Delivery – for orders placed before 2pm, except weekends and bank holidays
  • Standard Delivery 4-6 Working Days, except weekends and bank holidays

Orders for Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man are delivered with 4-6 Working Days.

If you require your items for a particular deadline, it is always worth contacting us once the order is placed and we will try our best to help, although delivery for the deadline can’t always be guaranteed.

We currently do not send orders outside the UK. We’re looking at how we can get parcels to you, however in the meantime, please take a look at our stockists’ page to find a retailer in your country or contact us for advice at info@equilibriumproducts.com.
