How do you fix an Equilibrium Massage Pad? Let us do it for you! We can offer both electrical and cosmetic repairs for your Massage Pad. Please note: If your Massage Pad is less than 2 years old it will be covered under our guarantee – please contact our customer care team on 01442 879 115 or info@equilibriumproducts.com.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for repairs once we receive your Massage Pad.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the location of delivery, weight, and value of the order. Standard charges are:

For parcels up to 20kg: UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery 2-3 Working Days Delivery (from dispatch) £4.99 for orders under £50 and placed before 2pm. (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
  • FREE Delivery 2-3 Working Days Delivery (from dispatch) for orders over £50 and placed before 2pm. (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
  • Scottish Highland & Islands Standard 4-6 Working Day Delivery (from dispatch) £7.99 (up to 15kg)
  • Next Day Delivery (from dispatch) £6.99 for orders under £100 and placed before 2pm. (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)
  • FREE Next Day Delivery (from dispatch) for orders over £100 and placed before 2pm. (UK Mainland only. Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands)

What inspired the Equilibrium Massage Pad Repair Service?

There are two sides to sustainable products. Recyclable products, and those that can last for a very long time. We know the Massage Pads can stand the test of time, regularly hearing about our first ones ever made which are still going strong and looking good as new! It doesn’t always go this way though for everyone, so we’ve introduced an affordable repair service to keep your precious pad working, while going against ‘throw away’ culture.

The Electrical Repair Process:

All repairs are covered by our Terms and Conditions set out below. Please ensure you read these before continuing.

  1. Add this service to your basket and proceed to checkout. Return carriage back to you is free for UK Mainland addresses. If you are not in the UK mainland there will be an additional cost added at checkout once you input your address.
  2. In order for us to process your order, once you have paid please fill out the above form
  3. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
  4. Package up your clean*, dry Massage Pad and leave the battery in the pocket of the pad, we do not need the box, bag or charger returned. Please note we cannot store bags,  chargers or boxes, we just need the Massage Pad. For the safety and well-being of our staff and to maintain high hygiene standards, we kindly ask that you ensure that all Massage Pads and straps are clean and dry before sending them in for repair. Please wash and dry the straps, and gently wipe the pad to remove any grease, dirt, or hair. It is essential that the Massage Pad is completely dry before packing it for return. If we receive a Massage Pad that does not meet these cleanliness standards, we will either return it to you  with a courier deduction of £15 on your refund, or we may be able to clean it for an additional fee of £20. Additionally, there is no need to return the charger or bag, and we cannot assume responsibility for these items if they are sent back to us. Please note that any dirty bags received will be disposed of and will not be replaced. Please ensure that you enclose your contact details with the Massage Pad.
  5. Enclose your order confirmation/contact details (name, address, e mail and contact number) and post it to: FOA Repairs, Equilibrium Products, 

    Unit 10 D2, Wingbury Courtyard Business Village, Wingrave, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP22 4LW

  6. We will email you when we receive your Massage Pad for repair and let you know when you are likely to receive your Massage Pad back.

Cosmetic Repairs

Examples of cosmetic repairs, but not limited to, include:

  • Broken Straps
  • Stitching/Seams

Prices may vary depending on the severity of the problem, and all cosmetic repairs are not covered by a guarantee.

Terms and Conditions

The repair service is a total of £75, including labour, parts (excluding battery and charger, these will be an additional cost)

Return carriage back to you is free for UK Mainland addresses. If you are not in the UK mainland there will be an additional cost added at checkout once you input your address. If the website does not recognise your address, please contact us on 01442 879 115 or info@equilibriumproducts.com so that we can advise you of the additional courier cost.

This repair cost still applies in the unlikely event that your Massage Pad cannot be repaired. However, if we are unable to repair your Massage Pad, there are options to upgrade to a new one at a discounted price.

Please ensure your contact details are packaged up with your Massage Pad. If we don’t have contact details, this could delay the service as we will be unable to process the repair until the Massage Pad is claimed.

We recommend that you consider using a traceable shipping service or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your Massage Pad.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for repairs once we receive your Massage Pad.

All electrical repairs are covered by a 1 year guarantee (this guarantee only applies to the replaced electrical parts).
